THE TRADE MARK ORDINANCE 1898.

I have the honour to give you notice under Section 12 of the above Ordinance that 11 years or more have expired since registration of the Trade Mark(s) registered by you on the 3rd day of May 1888 under the provisions of Ordinance No. 16 of 1873, and you are hereby required to pay the prescribed fee within 6 months from the date hereof, failing which the said Trade Mark(s) will be removed from the Register.

2. It is required by the Trade Mark Ordinance 1898, (Sec. 14) that a Trade Mark must be registered for particular goods, or classes of goods, and I append a list showing the classification of goods for the purposes of such registration.

3. The prescribed fee for continuance of registration is $2.50 for each mark in each class of goods in which the continuance is required.

4. Will you be good enough to inform me.

(a) Whether you wish all or any of the above-mentioned marks continued on the register.

(b) In what class or classes of goods you wish each mark respectively to be continued.

In this connection, it must be noted that the registration of any Trade Mark can only be continued in respect of all or any of the goods covered by the first registration.

5. Upon receipt of the above information and upon payment of the appropriate fees, the registration of the mark or marks in respect of which continuance is required will be continued for a further period of 14 years from the date of the expiry of the first period of 14 years from registration.
